Are you passionate about software reliability, test strategy, and modern engineering practices? We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Paris!

What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering teams to design and continuously improve test strategies, ensuring the right tests exist at the right level of the test pyramid
• Analyze incidents affecting the tribe and translate learnings into improvements in tests, pipelines, and engineering practices to reduce recurring issues
• Define and track quality metrics with teams to prioritise reliability and delivery improvements
• Promote a balanced test pyramid and help teams adopt quality tooling, working with Quality Platform Engineers where relevant
• Contribute to cross-team quality improvements and share best practices via the quality chapter

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar roles in modern development setups.
• Strong hands‑on experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and test pyramid methodologies.
• High autonomy, structured problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice-to-haves: Experience in SaaS platforms, observability/monitoring tools, frameworks like Playwright or Selenium, or scaling engineering standards across multiple teams.

Recruitment Process

• Recruiter Call (30 min): Introductory screen to discuss your background, expectations, and answer your initial questions.
• Hiring Manager Interview (45-60 min): Conversation focused on cultural fit, role vision, and alignment with the team's roadmap.
• Quality Expertise Assessment (60 min): In-depth review of your QA core skills (testing strategies, test pyramid, incident management, and best practices).
• Technical Exercise & Team Fit (60 min): Practical scenario with two team members (including a Product Manager) to evaluate real-time collaboration and problem-solving.
