Quality Efficiency Leader

In this position, you will support Operational Quality Performance on the site using the quality basics in production as well as coach and train on quality standards.

We are currently seeking a Quality Efficiency Leader (m|w|d) for our Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs department based at Aubagne.

Key job accountabilities

• Implement and oversee all quality basics in production in the assigned manufacturing site: scrap management, quality wall, Poka Yoke, 1st ok part procedure, operator self-check and end of line check, reprocessing under control, quick response and quick fix.
• Implement and oversee problem solving methodologies in the assigned manufacturing site: 8D
• Lead complex root cause analysis linked to critical complaints and deviations / escalations.
• Lead local quality efficiency programs: scrap reduction, complaint reduction and improvement of quality core processes (e.g. complaint processing time).
• Moderate Process FMEAs ? train FMEA methodology to local teams
• Train, coach local teams in quality basics in production (scrap management, inspections, quality wall, 1st ok parts and start-up procedures...).
• Train and coach local teams in basics statistics: Capabilities, MSA, SPC and in problem solving methodologies ? 8D and quick response
• Train and coach local Green Belts ? guide and mentor projects focused on quality performance improvement of site
• Identify and standardize best practices and lessons learned within Quality Efficiency Team
• Local representative of BPS Quality Efficiency supporting the site quality performance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biotechnology required. Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in continuous improvement / project management / operational quality in a Plant or Engineering Center
• Proven experience with direct or functional report is preferred
• 6 Sigma Green Belt with 3 years project experience ? focus on variability reduction
• Excellent presentation skills and highly data driven & analytical skills required
• Proven facilitation, moderation, and coaching skills
• Ability to perform in a team-work environment
• Strong risk assessment knowledge
• Strong problem solving methodologies knowledge ? e.g. QRQC. GMP knowledge or Medical device knowledge / ISO13485 is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Fluency in English
