Quality Documentation Lead: Engine Refurbishments

Wärtsilä in Surgères seeks a Quality Documentation Team Leader to support the Quality Documentation Manager in coordinating daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and quality standards. You will lead documentation activities for refurbished engines and sub-assemblies.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, 10+ years in industry, fluent French and professional English, strong MS Office skills, and SAP knowledge is a plus.
