Overview
Within Egis, the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Service Line is dedicated to the operation, maintenance and performance optimisation of complex infrastructures, particularly in airport, rail, road and mobility environments. O&M teams ensure safe, reliable, compliant and high-performing operations, while continuously improving processes, service quality and operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle of each site.
Quality is a core pillar of the QHSE approach within O&M, supporting operational consistency, compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all sites. As part of strengthening performance management and harmonising Quality practices across our operational sites, Egis O&M aims to develop a Performance Starter Kit (Quality-focused). This Starter Kit is designed to support the opening, structuring and operation of a site, by bringing together all quality-related templates, tools, processes and guidelines required to manage performance in a consistent and efficient way.
Responsibilities
- Analysing Quality and Performance-related KPI / requirements applicable to O&M sites (processes, procedures, KPIs, audits, continuous improvement, documentation).
- Structuring a ready-to-use Starter Kit, including standardised templates (procedures, processes, management reviews, action plans, reporting formats), performance monitoring and steering tools (KPIs, dashboards, performance reviews, continuous improvement tracking).
- Continuous Improvement, collecting feedback from operational, QHSE and performance teams, adjusting and improving the tools to ensure usability, relevance and ownership by site teams.
- Capitalisation of documents useful for the Service Line.
Qualifications
- Student at Master’s level in QHSE, Quality Management, Performance Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience or interest in Road / Airport / Rail operations.
- Strong interest in operational performance, quality management and continuous improvement.
- Ability to structure, synthesise and formalise operational tools.
- Comfortable with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Autonomous, well‑organised, pragmatic, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
