Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QC Technical Resource Technician to support Quality Control laboratory operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth laboratory operations, maintaining equipment readiness, supporting documentation processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Quality Control laboratory operations
- Manage laboratory supplies, consumables, PPE, and operational materials to ensure availability
- Coordinate equipment readiness and maintain operational laboratory status with support teams
- Support equipment maintenance, qualification, and scheduled activities within required timelines
- Prepare, organize, and maintain analytical documentation for laboratory activities
- Maintain procedures and documentation in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding task progress, operational issues, and priorities
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory through routine housekeeping activities and participation in 5S initiatives
- Support sample-related activities including sampling, labeling, distribution, transfer, disposal, and traceability management
- Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures

Experience & Requirements
- Experience working within regulated laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with GMP/cGMP environments and quality-driven processes is advantageous
- Understanding of laboratory equipment, documentation practices, and operational workflows
- Junior-level experience considered (approximately 0–4 years experience)
