Quality Control Technician

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QC Technical Resource Technician to support Quality Control laboratory operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth laboratory operations, maintaining equipment readiness, supporting documentation processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Quality Control laboratory operations
• Manage laboratory supplies, consumables, PPE, and operational materials to ensure availability
• Coordinate equipment readiness and maintain operational laboratory status with support teams
• Support equipment maintenance, qualification, and scheduled activities within required timelines
• Prepare, organize, and maintain analytical documentation for laboratory activities
• Maintain procedures and documentation in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding task progress, operational issues, and priorities
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory through routine housekeeping activities and participation in 5S initiatives
• Support sample-related activities including sampling, labeling, distribution, transfer, disposal, and traceability management
• Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures

Experience & Requirements

• Experience working within regulated laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP environments and quality-driven processes is advantageous
• Understanding of laboratory equipment, documentation practices, and operational workflows
• Junior-level experience considered (approximately 0–4 years experience)
