Quality Control Leader - GMP, Audits & Continuous Improvement

Ceva Animal Health seeks a QC Manager to lead the quality-control function in France, overseeing 40 staff and 3 team leaders. You will manage audits, regulatory inspections and the QC budget, while developing KPIs and driving continuous improvement. A five-year degree or PhD in science and strong English skills are required.

You will ensure compliance with GMP, QMS and safety standards, coordinating cross‑functional projects and staff development to maintain high-quality operations.
