Quality Assurance Manager – Multi Probe and Antennas Product Line
As Quality Assurance Manager for the Multi Probe and Antennas product line, you will implement and maintain the Quality Management System at product line level, ensuring alignment with corporate quality standards and customer requirements. This role is key to strengthening product quality, audit readiness, customer confidence, and continuous improvement across operational facilities and customer-site installations. It is ideal for an experienced QA professional with strong audit, root cause analysis, and CAPA management expertise in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- - Implement corporate quality procedures across relevant operational facilities and installations at customer sites.
- - Manage and maintain product line quality documentation in line with QMS requirements.
- - Lead internal audits and support external audits conducted by certification bodies, auditing institutes, and customers.
- - Drive root cause analysis activities using methods such as 8D and 5 Whys.
- - Manage CAPA processes, follow-up actions, and effective closure of quality issues.
- - Monitor and report product line quality KPIs to support performance visibility and decision-making.
- - Train operators and QC personnel on quality requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- - 3–8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Quality, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- - Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- - Advanced experience leading root cause analysis and CAPA management activities.
- - Proven experience leading audits, supporting external audits, and managing quality investigations.
- - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
- - High attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to lead cross-functional discussions.
Nice to Have
- - Experience with AS9100 quality requirements in aerospace, defense, antenna measurement, RCS, EMC, or other high-tech industrial sectors.
- - Hands-on use of structured quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, CAPA, KPI tracking, and audit management.
- - Experience training operators and QC teams on quality procedures and compliance expectations.
- - Ability to support customer-facing quality investigations in a technical manufacturing context.
