Quality Assurance Manager

Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team by incorporating an Quality Assurance Manager .

Your Role

Quality & Compliance

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with DREAL, HSE, and environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage certifications, audits, and customer quality assessments.
• Oversee regulatory documentation, SOPs, CAPAs, and process improvements.

Regulatory & Risk Management

• Coordinate risk assessments and preventive actions related to quality and safety.
• Maintain certifications and responsible sourcing standards.
• Work closely with Production, QC, and R&D teams to ensure quality across all operations.
• Promote a strong quality and safety culture throughout the organization.

Your Skills

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance / Regulatory roles in chemical or related industries
• Strong knowledge of DREAL, HSE and regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing certifications and auditsStrong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence different teams
• Languages: French, professional level of English or Spanish
