Quality and Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality is the highest possible through identifying and addressing production or supply issues
• Manage the company’s purchasing of chemical raw materials and mechanical accessories in cost effective manner. Qualify new supplies
• Raw materials and finish goods warehouse management
• Analysis and adaptation of products’ chemical composition to comply with changing regulation or change in supplying characteristics

Skills

• Formulation chemist with applicable chemistry knowledge
• University degree in Chemistry
• Leader, self-motivated and self-time management
• Good interpersonal skills
• Consistent, highly organize and detail oriented
• French & English – good verbal and written working level

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years management experience with industrial chemical enterprise
• Practical laboratory work with implementable results
• Integrating new raw materials into the production process
• Management of production employees
• Experience with paint or other coating processes

Reporting

To the company’s CEO

Location

RTM production facility, Avranches France. Occasional traveling will be required

Compensation

• Base salary plus achievement related bonuses
