Role Overview
Under the responsibility of a team leader, the quality and intervention follow‑up technician ensures the management and follow‑up of interventions from service providers on automated systems.
What You Will Do
Manage interventions from service providers, perform client reporting, manage appointments, and resolve tickets within a specified timeframe.
