Your Role within Betclic

As a Safer Gaming Quality Analyst, your missions are the following:

Quality analysis

• Perform quality assessments of our daily operations
• Liaise with the operations teams to correct issues spotted during quality checks
• Report quality assessment outputs, illustrating key performance metrics, to management

Knowledge

• Master all aspects of operational processes and workflows
• Benchmark best market practice in terms of customer protection
• Back up the Safer gaming training team with targeted coaching and training

Quality system definition

• Contribute to operational performance improvement through targeted recommendations, in collaboration with the training team
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our quality system

Who Are We Looking For

We're looking for a colleague with a good sense of humor, respect, and kindness, a love for sport, a bit of zeal, and a real passion for their profession! This job is for you if you have:

• At least one proven successful work experience on a relevant position
• Strong analytical skills that you leverage to inform decision‑making
• An obsession for quality and detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to work collaboratively with operational teams
• Full fluency in English and French
