We’re a fast-growing global renewable energy company specializing in microinverters and residential battery storage – offering complete home energy management solutions. As we expand in France, we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and scale our partner network.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow distribution channels across France for microinverters, battery storage, and hybrid systems
- Identify, recruit, and manage local distributors, installers, and system integrators
- Drive sales targets and expand market presence in the French solar + ESS sector
- Conduct market & competitor analysis to shape go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to ensure partner success
- Represent the company at industry events (e.g., BePOSITIVE, EnerGaïa)
- Report sales performance and market feedback to HQ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business
- 3+ years of channel / distribution sales experience in solar or energy storage in France
- Proven track record in B2B sales and partner management
- Strong understanding of the French renewable energy ecosystem (installer networks, self-consumption regulations)
- Fluent English and professional French (B2+)
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for green energy
