QSR Territory Growth & Performance Manager

Chester's Chicken is seeking a Territory Performance Manager to oversee franchise performance from a home office. You will manage relationships, drive profitability, and ensure brand standards across designated regions.

This role requires strong leadership, data-driven planning and travel to franchise sites. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will guide operations, sales and marketing efforts, develop plans from data insights, and support new store openings.
