QMS Audit Support

Overview

Requirement for an experienced/certified Aerospace Auditor to conduct a QMS Audit at a supplier based in Domérat, France.

This requirement is to conduct a QMS audit, review and validate any findings.

Initial on-site visit is to be scheduled around mid-August 2026 with a repeat visit to close any findings.

Responsibilities

Candidate will need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a quality critical manufacturing industry
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in auditing
• Excellent knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management Systems, supported by formal auditor training / certification (e.g. RAB, ASQ, IRCA etc.)
• A background in product and process auditing, with a hands-on "walk-the-process" methodology.
• Detail orientated and strong communicator, both written and verbal

The task will include:

• Work in collaboration with the customer to undertake an on-site supplier audit
• Based on customer direction, walk the process with the supplier, gathering substantive evidence to support the adherence to customer requirements the AS9100 standard, as well as the suppliers own Quality Management Systems.
• Identify and substantiate any potential observations (positive or negative) or non-conformances, sharing with the customer for concurrence.
• Compile a report using customer-specified documentation.
