QIS Analyst

Senior QIS Quant (VP) - Equity Derivatives | Paris

We are working with a leading European investment bank looking to hire a Senior Quantitative Analyst (VP) within their Equity QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategies) team.

You will play a key role in building and scaling a next-generation QIS platform, focused on the design, backtesting and launch of proprietary indices, working closely with trading, structuring, IT and risk. This is a high-impact role with strong room for growth and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop systematic equity strategies (QIS)
• Build and enhance index backtesting frameworks
• Support launch of new proprietary indices
• Partner with trading and structuring teams on pricing and product development
• Drive innovation and industrialisation of quant tools

Requirements:

• 6-10 years' experience in Front Office Quant / QIS
• Strong background in systematic strategies and index construction
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
