QUALITY HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT (QHSE) MANAGER M/F
Reporting to the General Manager and member of the Executive Committee, you are the guarantor of the company's QHSE performance.
Your role
- Structure, manage, and embody the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment approach.
- Support, raise awareness, and assist teams on a daily basis, as close to the field as possible.
- Contribute directly to the performance and sustainable growth of the company, which will likely involve external growth. Your mission may therefore evolve across different sites.
- You are the QHSE Reference (including Security, Safety) for our stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Define, manage and deploy the QHSE policy in direct alignment with the company’s strategy.
Ensure regulatory compliance in quality, safety, occupational health, and environment.
Manage the QHSE management system (ISO 9001, EN9100, and upcoming ISO19443, etc.).
Foster safety culture and risk prevention in collaboration with production teams.
Analyze risk situations and implement preventive actions for near‑misses and accidents.
You are the guarantor of product quality and customer satisfaction .
Manage the handling of non‑conformities (Suppliers, internal, External) and improvement action plans.
Manage relationships with external organizations.
Participate in company governance : member of the management team, proactive contributor on QHSE and CSR issues.

Your profile
Education Master’s degree (QHSE or equivalent), you have
Experience in an industrial environment (Metallurgy, machining, nuclear, aerospace, etc.).
Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards is a plus (ISO 9001, EN 9100, etc.).
