Role

As Chief of Staff to the VP of QHI, you will act as a key link between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment and momentum across the department.

You will work closely with the VP, the QPU Lead Expert, and team leaders to shape and structure the department’s technical roadmap. In parallel, you will lead or contribute to high-impact cross-functional initiatives—stepping in hands-on when needed—to bridge organizational or technical gaps.

You will also collaborate closely with PMO and Tech

Ops to ensure smooth and reliable delivery across the department.

1. Roadmap Development & Alignment

Partner with the VP and QPU Lead Expert to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives

Contribute to the formalization of the roadmap through clear technical syntheses and reports
