Role

As Chief of Staff to the VP of QHI, you will act as a key link between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment and momentum across the department.

You will work closely with the VP, the QPU Lead Expert, and team leaders to shape and structure the department’s technical roadmap. In parallel, you will lead or contribute to high-impact cross-functional initiatives—stepping in hands‑on when needed—to bridge organizational or technical gaps.

You will also collaborate closely with PMO and TechOps to ensure smooth and reliable delivery across the department.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and diving into complex physics and engineering challenges.
