QA/QC Site Manager – France (76) – 6 Months

DCAI is currently looking for a QA/QC Site Manager for a major hydrogen industrial project based in Normandy, France. The assignment is related to the construction of a large-scale renewable hydrogen production facility within an international industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the EPC organisation towards the client, partners and subcontractors for all QA/QC matters on site
• Ensure full ownership of the site QA/QC system and related procedures
• Coordinate QA/QC interfaces between disciplines, contractors and partners
• Supervise and manage the site QA/QC team
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, international codes and project specifications
• Participate in technical audits and inspections of subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide accurate reporting regarding QA/QC performance, trends and milestones
• Manage interactions with local authorities and inspection bodies
• Support continuous improvement and quality performance across the project

Profile :

• Strong experience as QA/QC Manager or QA/QC Lead on large industrial EPC projects
• Experience in Hydrogen, Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical or Industrial Construction projects
• Good understanding of international QA/QC standards and regulations
• Mandatory knowledge of: ISO 9001 / ASME B31.3 / EN 1090
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment
