Description

As QA Manager, you will drive quality across complex data centre projects in Paris. You will ensure robust QA/QC processes are embedded from the outset and that all inspection, documentation, and compliance activities are captured and managed through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across data centre fit-out projects in Paris.
• Implement and maintain inspection and test plans from project start.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), punch lists, and quality tracking systems.
• Ensure all quality records are fully documented with supporting evidence (photos, videos, reports).
• Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as the central platform for all QA documentation and reporting.
• Produce clear, auditable quality reports for internal teams and clients.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with project and client standards.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, EHS & Logistics, BIM & Engineering, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Report quality status to the Project Manager and Director of Operations.
• Liaise with General Contractors, clients, and subcontractors in a clear and assertive manner.
• Deliver toolbox talks, coach subcontractors, and support continuous improvement on site.

Requirements

• Essential:
• Proven experience in data centre construction or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong background in QA/QC within construction or fit‑out projects.
• Good understanding of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, and root cause analysis methods.
• Experience using digital QA platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar.
• Ability to produce structured, data‑driven quality reports with strong supporting evidence.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Clear, confident communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Fluent in English and French (Polish is a plus).
• Willingness to be site-based in Paris for extended periods.
• Detail‑oriented, pragmatic, and confident in challenging quality issues when required.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven project environments.
