QA Engineer (VoIP)
We’re not looking for someone who just “runs test cases”.
We’re hiring a QA Engineer for our Vo
IP team who understands that quality in real-time communication is not optional: it’s critical infrastructure. You’ll be working on voice services where milliseconds matter, packets matter, and failures are immediately user-visible.
This is not a checkbox QA role. It’s about owning the reliability of voice communication end-to-end .
We move fast. We expect curiosity, rigor, and the ability to dig into systems when something breaks — not just report it.
What You’ll Be Doing\n\n
Own Vo
IP Quality End-to-End
Design, develop, and execute test strategies for Vo
IP services across functional, regression, and integration layers.\n\n
Validate Real Call Flows
Test full lifecycle scenarios: registration, call setup, call teardown, edge cases, and failure conditions.\n\n
Deep Dive into Signaling & Media
Analyze SIP signaling and RTP streams to identify issues affecting call quality, stability, or connectivity.\n\n
Investigate Like an Engineer
Use logs, traces, and packet analysis (e.g. Wireshark) to understand root causes — not just symptoms.\n\n
Work Cross-Functionally
Collaborate closely with developers, Dev
Ops, and product teams to clarify behavior, reproduce issues, and improve system reliability.\n\n
Support Releases & Production Issues
Participate in release validation and help troubleshoot live incidents when needed.\n\n
Build Smarter Testing
Contribute to API and service-level test automation to improve speed and
