QA Engineer for Celestis NMS

Duties And Responsibilities
- Contribute to user‑stories created by the product owner
- Write test cases and implement automated test cases
- Perform manual tests for first run and non‑automatable tests
- Maintain the automatic test database
- Participate in test campaigns based on automated and manual tests
- Identify, report, and manage problems
- Discuss problem resolution with software and/or hardware developers
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies
- Contribute to test and development methodology improvement
- Contribute to building our CI/CD platform
Profile And Skills
General
- 5+ years as test engineer
- Fluent in both English and French (oral, written)
- Agile / Scrum methodology
Technical Knowledge
- Good knowledge of test environments
- Robot Framework and robot‑framework libraries (web‑oriented, e.g., Browser library)
- GitLab
- Jira/Xray
- Basic understanding of Python and Java
- JSON REST APIs
- Knowledge of continuous integration (GitLab CI)
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Basic telecommunication knowledge (DWDM and/or OTN welcome)
Behavioral Indicators
- Capacity to work in a collaborative agile environment
- Self‑motivated, with good analytical skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
