QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer in support to our client Fusion for Energy for their location in Cadarache, France.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
- Support in the review of QA documentation:
- Assist in the review of all types of QA documentation of different F4E Programmes;
- Aid in the review of QA documentation of other Units of the Organisation;
- Support in the management of NCRs:
- Assist in the technical and administrative management of NCRs;
- Support in the management of quality matters during design and manufacturing of ITER components:
- Support during the design and manufacturing of different F4E components in technical and administrative QA matters;
- Support in technical and administrative QA matters during the design and manufacturing of other projects of the Organisation.

Essential
Please ensure that your CV clearly explains how you meet these mandatory requirements. If it doesn’t align completely with the essential criteria, it could result in rejection.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Nuclear Engineering (or equivalent);
- Ideally at least 8 years of experience in the manufacturing domain, with involvement in QA and QC activities and experience in supplier supervision/audit. Candidates with fewer years of experience are also encouraged to apply;
- Proven experience in: Quality, Audits, and QA procedures;
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team;
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Advantageous
- Experience in the nuclear environment;
- Knowledge of quality control (primarily welding and NDT -RT, UT);
- Knowledge of material science;
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
