QA & Compliance Leader for Groundbreaking Biotech GMP

Phagos seeks a Head of Quality Assurance to design, implement, and lead the QA function for its new GMP manufacturing facility. Reporting to the COO, you will build the QMS from scratch and drive regulatory submissions for ANMV and EMA central filings.

You will oversee validation, batch release, CAPA, change control, and inspection readiness while building a high-performing QA team and embedding a proactive quality culture across R&D, production, and regulatory affairs.
