Job Overview

QuadAlpha Technology is looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our IT projects team. The candidate will work on real‑time client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to understand business needs
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and project milestones

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals
• Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript)
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with web technologies and APIs
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with frameworks or libraries
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git)
• Exposure to Agile development practices

Qualifications
