Pyrolysis Process Engineer

Education

• Master's degree (MSc) or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Thermochemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial process development.
• Experience in thermochemical processes is highly desirable.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial‑scale pyrolysis systems would be a strong advantage.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of equipment design, process sizing, and technical specification development.
• Understanding of scale‑up and industrialization challenges.
• Supplier management and project coordination skills.
• Experience in planning and executing test campaigns, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
• Process simulation skills would be an asset.
• Knowledge of industrial risk assessment methodologies (FMEA, HAZOP) is desirable.

Languages

• French: C1 level

Additional information

• Contract: 218-day annual package (forfait jours)
• Location: Seyssins (38), with 25% travel expected
