PVC Extrusion Operator — 12‑Hour Shifts, Growth & Benefits

IPEX is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator for our PVC facility in Pineville, NC. You will operate extrusion equipment to manufacture PVC pipe, emphasizing safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires attention to detail, strong measuring skills, and teamwork. Prior plastics manufacturing and forklift experience are assets; a 401(k) style plan and shift premium support compensation.
