PV Studies Manager — Large-Scale Ground Projects

Responsibilities

• Strengthen, build and lead the Ground Studies team (3 engineers and 1 technician)
• You will take charge of the Ground Studies Unit, France
• Support individual growth
• Ensure collective performance
• Design large-scale ground projects (50%)
• In the early phase, perform technical sizing calculations
• Monitor tariff developments to inform positioning decisions
• During execution, manage detailed studies up to construction start

Qualifications

• Manage and structure the Ground Studies team (50%)
• You are responsible for meeting design deadlines and optimizing the technical and economic performance of projects
• Strong technical interest and experience working on large-scale projects
• Prepare technical dossiers for tender responses
• Lead and produce multi-package execution studies
• Understand the constraints and priorities of development and construction teams
• English required – Spanish and/or German desirable.
