PV Site Manager

Revergy , a Spanish company with international presence and over 20 years of experience in renewable energy, providing services across engineering, O&M, and asset management for photovoltaic, wind, and BESS projects, is looking to add a Photovoltaic Site Manager to our team, with proven experience in engineering and construction.

What will you do as our PV Site Manager?

• Ensure full compliance with Engineering specifications by the EPC contractor across all site‑related areas.
• Resolve non‑conformities, proposing alternative courses of action when needed.
• EPC contract management.
• Supervision of field works.
• Coordination and organization of field supervisors.
• Liaison with the project owner and subcontractors.
• Review of quality and construction progress on the electrical side.
• Preparation of regular progress reports on site status.
• Oversight of compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental policies on site.

What do you need to join us?

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or equivalent vocational training (FP Superior).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role; prior experience in owner's engineering and EPC contract management is a strong plus.
• Geographical mobility to the project location.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid H&S training certifications for the role.
