HoloSolis is part of the European drive to reindustrialise the photovoltaic industry.

HoloSolis has a 50‑hectare site in Hambach, with enough space to expand the factory as new technologies and manufacturing capacities are integrated.

HoloSolis will produce PV Cells & Modules using N‑Type TOPCon technology. We will have the most energy‑efficient modules on the market, using the latest photovoltaic technologies, with the smallest carbon footprint.

Your Mission

Description des activités significatives de l'emploi :

• Lead and manage R&D projects focused on the development and optimization of PV modules with respect to module efficiency, performance, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Assess the technology readiness and scalability of emerging production technologies as well as support assessing their commercial viability.
• Participate in the BOM choice for PV modules from a technical perspective to ensure durability and certification of the modules.

Profil

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in physics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of PV module related experience in academia and/or industry.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role as a Project Manager in industry working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
• Good knowledge of PV module related certification standards.
