PV/BESS Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the sales and promotion of PV modules and energy storage products in the assigned region.
• Implement company policies and conduct customer management in accordance with sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Capture market intelligence and provide timely payment collection recommendations to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Promptly resolve customer feedback issues and submit periodic summary reports.
• Collect market information, track PV industry policies, market trends and competitors via domestic and overseas media channels, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the company’s development.
• Plan and execute business activities including exhibitions, seminars and other events.
• Maintain smooth communication with clients to build and sustain long-term sound customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 3 years of overseas marketing experience in PV modules or energy storage industry; proficient in overseas sales workflows and market conditions.
• Experienced in long-term market research and industry practice, familiar with industry business models with accumulated customer channels and resources.
• Excellent verbal expression, communication, emergency response and negotiation capabilities.
