Purchasing Supplier Quality Engineer

Scope

The SQE is Stellantis representative for suppliers' plants.

Responsibilities

• Provide SQD plant assessment on new suppliers plant according to NSA (New Supplier Assessment).
• Provide to Commodity Quality Champion (CQC) supplier plant industrial performance for current suppliers.
• Manage the industrialization of parts during development phase and ensure consistency of suppliers' requested deliverables.
• Accountable for supplier readiness at launch.
• Manage the greenfield (new supplier plant).
• Contribute to qualification of product and process for parts or suppliers flagged with high risks (see project RASI).
• Measure the production capacity installed by suppliers according to data given by project buyer.
• Ensure industrial performance of suppliers' sites and manage continuous improvement in mass production.
• Check that lessons learned and risks are taken into account by CQC.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency (C1).
• Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Availability for business trip on a regular basis.
• 3-5 years of quality and manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of quality methods and toolbox operational practice.
• Process knowledge: project/program management and industrialization processes for the technical scope, supply chain.
• Knowledge of automotive products and technologies.
• Proactive, results‑driven, ability to work in a dynamic, high‑change environment with complex supplier and technical challenges.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
