Placer County is seeking a transactional attorney to join the Transactions/Housing team in the County Counsels Office, supporting housing, commercial growth and infrastructure projects. The attorney will negotiate and draft real estate purchase agreements, leases, licenses, and related documents with developers and government entities.
The role provides legal guidance to the Board and county departments, and includes advising on the Brown Act, Public Records Act, and the ADA.
