Public Sector Customer Success & Onboarding Lead - Hybrid

Malt is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Success Manager - Public Sector to join our Europe-based team, preferably in Paris or Brussels. You will ensure flawless execution and delivery for a key public-sector contract, acting as the liaison for freelancers under this framework and ensuring strict compliance with contractual terms.

You will manage quotes, activity reports, and PO processes, drive renewals, and work with AMs to grow the business while optimizing operations and tools use.
