Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions for hospitalized patients Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including general practitioners, psychologists, nurses, and social workers Lead clinical meetings and contribute to institutional committees (CLAN, CLIN, CME, etc.) Ensure continuity of care through 24/7 coverage shared with colleagues Maintain detailed medical records and coordinate therapeutic interventions

You’ll have the opportunity to work across two distinct units:

A specialized unit for patients with complex psychiatric needs A general psychiatry care pathway

Ideal Candidate

Holds a Doctorate in Medicine with specialization in Psychiatry Registered with the French Medical Council (Ordre des Médecins) Committed to ethical, independent, and patient-centered care Open to using a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychoanalysis and CBT
