Proxy product owner digital H/F

Overview

Product Owner / Proxy Product Owner Agile at SYD Conseil. Location Niort, 2 days télétravail per week. Contract type: CDI, Freelance, or portage.

The role is part of the Solutions Digitales teams, focusing on high‑impact self‑care and B2C journey projects, collaborating closely with marketing digital, indemnisation, and other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Integrate an agile environment and actively participate in rituals.
• Gather and consolidate business needs into the product backlog.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Support Product Owners in a value‑oriented approach.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to the PO.
• Drive change and coordinate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as PO, Proxy PO, or Scrum Master.
• Strong mastery of the Scrum framework.
• Experience in digital B2C contexts is appreciated.
• Comfortable working in complex environments.
• Autonomous, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
