Mission Context: As part of its digitalization strategy, the client relies on its Digital Solutions teams, which comprise over 60 experts (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, UX/UI Designers, Tech Leads, Quality Analysts, etc.). These teams design and develop digital solutions, with a strong focus on Selfcare and B2C solutions. Organized into several agile squads, the Digital Solutions teams work closely with business teams (Digital Marketing, Claims Management, etc.) to design and deploy high-value digital solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Integrate the agile framework, participate in rituals, and contribute to the dynamics of this product scope Gather requirements expressed by different departments and consolidate them into backlogs Manage the scope backlogs Support Product Owners in prioritizing by value Ensure effective communication with various business and technical stakeholders Provide support to the Product Owner Manage change and delivery processes. The candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, Scrum Master) in a digital context, ideally B2C, and within a complex information system. The candidate has a good understanding of the Scrum framework and the activities of the Scrum team. The candidate is autonomous, committed, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
