We are seeking for a Proximity Support Lead to fill multiple position to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris, Île‑de‑France, France.

• 4 days onsite
• Years of experience: 5+years

Overview

Global role responsible for governance and orchestration of on‑site support activities across countries ensuring consistency and performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global proximity support activities
• Manage local IT and vendor ecosystem
• Align L1/L2 with field and L3 support
• Monitor SLA/KPI and reporting
• Manage assets lifecycle and logistics
• Ensure security compliance
• Coordinate incident field activities

Mandatory skills

• Experience in proximity/field support management
• Strong understanding of workplace environments
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage distributed teams
