As a Proximity HR Manager for a perimeter of 400 people, you will fully contribute to the collective success of the Issoudun site. You will have the opportunity to take part in business challenges, implement the HR strategy, advise and support managers in managing their teams and applying HR policy.

You know how to navigate with ease between the HR, financial and legal challenges of your environment. You understand the fundamentals of budget management, labor law and master the tools necessary to support and structure team activity, while remaining attentive to the regulations specific to your field. Your career has allowed you to sharpen a real active listening skill, essential for establishing constructive exchanges and fluid communication. In this position, you will be asked to agilely drive the dynamic necessary to support change, while knowing how to distinguish and prioritize priorities. Finally, you master interview techniques and know how to create a climate of trust.
Your missions will include:
- Resource and talent management: Anticipate skill needs, develop and monitor the skill development plan (mobility, training, recruitment). Identify and support the talents within your perimeter.
- Performance and career monitoring: Lead annual review campaigns, support career management, animate salary increase and promotion campaigns.
- Change management: Advise managers during organizational changes, ensure HR communication in operational meetings and monitor the application of HR policies within the Directorates.
- Proximity support: Be the privileged interlocutor for employees within your perimeter for any professional development question, from integration to departure of the employee.
- HR data management: Guarantee the reliability of information in information systems and monitor HR indicators.
- Compliance, safety and environment: Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules for all operational staff (internal/external) as well as external organizations. Ensure the confidentiality of industrial property data.
