Propulsion - Pylon Engineering Continuous Development- Design Structure experienced Engineer - (M/F)

Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Propulsion – Pylon Engineering Continuous Development – Design Structure experienced Engineer (M/F) to join our Pylon Engineering department in Toulouse, France.

I will be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team developing continuous development activities for the "serial" fleet. I will help design modifications to keep our existing products competitive and maintain Airbus fleet airworthiness conditions.

Your challenges

• Drive continuous product development through design changes (Design Data Set, Engineering Dossier, Technical Risk Assessment).
• Deliver engineering contributions for in‑service fleet support (daily Tech Request Items, Occurrences, Major In‑service Problem Resolution).
• Process daily concessions and non‑conformities to provide responsive engineering support to the Saint‑Eloi production plant.
• Lead technical projects autonomously, collaborating with multi‑functional stakeholders (stress analysis, program, manufacturing, quality).
• Identify and implement improvement points regarding local processes, working methods, and digital solutions.

Your boarding pass

• Background in Aerospace, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in a Design Office or MAP environment, enabling quick delegation of design signatures.
• Strong background in airframe structure design using metallic and/or composite options.
• Deep knowledge of ATA54 pylon architecture and related aircraft/engine interfaces.
• Fluent in French and Technical English (written and spoken).
