Proposal Manager - Complex $5M+ Proposals (Nuclear)

Westinghouse is seeking a Proposal Manager in France to lead the development of complex commercial proposals valued at multi‑million dollars. You will own pricing strategy, governance, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure competitive, compliant, and timely submissions.
