Job Title: Proposal Lead

Reports to: Manager, Proposals | Location: Limoges, on site | Contract: CDI

Role

The Proposal Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation of customer proposals, pricing, scopes of work (SOWs), and change orders. The role acts as a bridge between Commercial, Program Management, Operations, and customers to ensure proposals are technically feasible, commercially competitive, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end proposal process for new and existing customer projects.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Program Management, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, and pricing for biologics manufacturing programs.
• Organize and lead technical review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proposals align with site capabilities, capacity, and business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain proposal documentation, templates, and pricing tools.
• Collaborate with other Catalent sites to obtain pricing and technical input.
• Support process improvements and proposal efficiency initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, CDMO, or a similar regulated environment.
• Good understanding of cGMP, EMA, and FDA requirements.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English and in French.
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with proposal/RFP management tools and AI‑assisted platforms is an advantage.
