Overview
- Reporting to the Head of the property-management software training unit, you will support condominium management specialists in the deployment of their new business software solution.
- Training management: conducting functional diagnostics and configuring business requirements within the application; designing and delivering user training (remote, in-person or via video); producing product documentation and providing user support.
- Client relationship management: organizing and scheduling client meetings at each stage of the project lifecycle; actively participating in steering committees to support decision-making according to the client’s specific requirements.
Requirements
- Higher education diploma (BTS) in Real Estate Professions or in Accounting and Management.
- At least 5 years’ professional experience as a property accountant in the condominium/property management sector.
- Interest in IT processes, instructional training, and fieldwork.
