Property Maintenance Technician: Make-Ready & Repairs

Greystar Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete work orders from residents.

Responsibilities include making-ready vacant units, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, documenting service requests, and supporting cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when
