Role Description
This is a full-time Property Consultant role based in Antibes with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client and property visits with some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Consultant will guide clients through property searches, viewings, negotiations, and transaction processes, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on local market conditions, preparing and presenting property options, coordinating with notaries and other stakeholders, and supporting clients with documentation and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining long-term client relationships, responding to inquiries, providing after-sales support, and contributing to sales strategies and business development activities. The Property Consultant will work closely with the wider team to support rental management, project coordination, and ownership structuring when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide clear, solutions-focused guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex processes in an accessible way; proficiency in English required, additional languages (especially French) are a strong advantage.
- Proven customer service abilities, with a client-centric mindset and commitment to building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, ideally within a consultative or high-value transaction environment.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and transaction processes; experience in French or international real estate is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, managing time effectively between field visits, office tasks, and remote work.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and transaction progress.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
- Relevant education or training in real estate, business, law, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required with equivalent experience.
