Context: To provide support for projects and developments within the Auto Roadmap. After a period of familiarization with the business scope and working methods, you will work independently within the Property & Casualty Insurance Studies team.

• Study the impact of requests on existing processes and tools (Property & Casualty IT systems) Write and present summaries of studies Estimate the implementation effort of proposed IT solutions Formalize user needs into functional specifications or User Stories Model business processes and management rules (contract, coverage, options, deductibles, etc.) Write functional specifications and/or user stories Provide support to technical teams

• Participate in defining test plans Conduct functional testing campaigns and user acceptance testing Support users during deployment

• Proven experience in the area of Auto Contracts (knowledge of business processes)

• Ability to learn and integrate into a team Ability to analyze and present information in writing and orally Autonomy and organization
