Wir suchen Sie als Projekt Manager für FPGA Firmware Entwicklung (w/m/d) in Taufkirchen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Coordinating the project team and regular tracking of FPGA firmware On‑Time/On‑Cost development.
• Managing the FPGA firmware development cycle (design reviews, documentation release, datapack deliveries, customer communication).
• Supporting the project team with risk & opportunity management.
• Reporting project status to the internal management organization.
• Monitoring and reporting quality aspects (e.g., compliance with coding standards, process compliance, etc.) within the project development.

Ihr Profil

• Studium Elektrotechnik mind. Master / Diplom‑Studiengang oder Ingenieurwesen mind. Master / Diplom‑Studiengang oder Wirtschaftsingenieur mind. Master / Diplom‑Studiengang oder Betriebswirtschaft mind. Master / Diplom‑Studiengang.
• Berufserfahrung Projektleitung mind. über 5 Jahre, Projektmanagement mind. über 5 Jahre.
• Experience in FPGA firmware development is mandatory! Experience in working with FPGA tool environment is necessary. Experience in coordinating teams in VHDL/Verilog development projects is required.
• IT MS‑Office mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. versiert, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher.
• Ability to organize and plan the execution of activities/tasks including reviews, code audits, and documentation release.
• Ability to generate progress/status reports for customer and for internal management.
• Excellent communication skills, good team player, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel once a quarter to Italy or Toulouse for 1‑2 days.
