PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Role Purpose

Supervise field execution of telecom site builds and upgrades, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site construction and installation activities

Ensure contractor performance and adherence to scope

Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Track progress and escalates issues

Enforce HSE compliance on site

Requirements

Key Requirements

Technical diploma/degree in engineering or related field

3–6 years experience in telecom site supervision

Knowledge of tower infrastructure and power systems

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
