About this Opportunity

TIS is currently looking for an experienced Project Quality Manager – Onshore (m/f/d) to support onshore energy infrastructure and HVDC projects for our client, a leading company in the French energy sector.

Location: France / Europe | Project-based. French mandatory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
  • Coordinate quality activities across design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases
  • Manage supplier quality assurance activities, audits, NCRs, and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and project requirements
  • Support inspections, quality reporting, and project documentation management
  • Interface with EPC contractors, suppliers, project teams, and certification bodies
  • Coordinate quality activities related to substations, transmission systems, and infrastructure projects
  • Support continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities

Your Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in QA/QC or quality management within energy, infrastructure, HVDC, or transmission projects
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards, and quality management systems
  • Experience with supplier QA, audits, inspections, and compliance processes
  • Experience in substations, transmission infrastructure, cable projects, or utility environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • French: professional level (mandatory)
  • English: fluent
  • Structured, quality-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
