Project Quality Manager – Offshore (French-speaking)

About this Opportunity

TIS is currently looking for an experienced Project Quality Manager – Offshore (m/f/d) to support offshore wind and HVDC projects for our client, a leading company in the French energy sector.

Location: France / Europe | Offshore / Project-based. French mandatory.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
• Coordinate quality activities across fabrication, installation, offshore construction, and commissioning phases
• Manage supplier quality assurance, surveillance plans, audits, inspections, NCRs, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements
• Interface with EPC contractors, fabrication yards, suppliers, inspectors, and certification bodies
• Support offshore fabrication, welding, NDT, coating, and structural quality activities
• Coordinate quality reporting, KPIs, lessons learned, and risk mitigation activities
• Ensure full traceability and management of project quality documentation

Your Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in QA/QC or quality management within offshore wind, Oil & Gas, HVDC, or EPCI projects
• Strong experience with offshore fabrication and construction environments
• Knowledge of welding, NDT, coatings, and structural quality activities
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards, and quality management systems
• Experience with supplier QA, audits, certification, and compliance processes
• Experience with offshore substations, offshore platforms, or fabrication yards is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• French: professional level (mandatory)
• English: fluent
